Last year we
just scaled our event down to just a cook-off.
There were no headliners, chili wrestling, or thousands of tasters to
prepare huge pots of throw down chili for. L

The 2004 event was held at a private Sonoma County Estate overlooking the
wine country! It was an intimate, yet
fun and rewarding CASI party!

The event was not open
to the public, only CASI cooks, their friends and invited guests. Because of the limited venue, there was no SHOWMANSHIP
judging, although participants were still encouraged to continue with their
team themes.
